I just woke up and realized that the Office flyout could be an interesting feature for Windows Explorer.
When you select something, like a paragraph in Word, a flyout appears with some useful options: change font, size, etc.
This prevents to drag the mouse to the top of the screen, and is really useful for the users who are... lazy :)

The same feature should be added to the Windows Explorer, for those lazy users.
The thing is, when you select some files/folders, you have to go to the top of the window to do something. The thing is you have to go to the top of the Window to do something. /p>

I made a little concept, I know the result is ugly but you get the idea.
When you select some files and folders, a flyout appears with some options depending of the content of the folder... (playing music, video, or just drag/copy files). When the mouse is over the vertical 3 dots, it extends the flyout with more options.
